Stunning collections of swimwear for this years Resort 2019 Collection. This years trend swings between block colours and mosaic/checkered patterns.
I’m always super excited to see the new swimwear designs come through just in time for the summery months that are coming. There’s a lot of intricate patterns this year, I think my ultimate favourite would be the china blue with the long skirt. It’s completely stunning. image courtesy of Getty images Follow| Facebook Instagram Twitter Bloglovin
Relaxing backstage reading a book waiting for the makeup and hair being done. Trying on the sparkly shoes that one last time before the show. Nude lips and bronze finish for the makeup. Light on the eye makeup and just a touch of mascara. images in courtesy of getty images Follow| Facebook Instagram Twitter Bloglovin
My last show of the evening closed off with Cleonie’s Spring/Summer collection. A Sydney based designer who’s inspiration comes from those long summer days. The prints were all lovingly designed and hand drawn by Kitty Scott herself. Her designs are very retro yet contemporary aesthetically. From the first design who came out all I could think of was those long summer days that I would spend on the beachside with a book and a couple of my best girlfriends. This collection was perfect for the beachy summers in Sydney.
Surface too Deep introduces her Spring/summer line at MBFWA. With the music pumping and the bright neon lights that were inspired by Las Vegas. This years show was named “Flamingo Hotel” featured her signature prints along with golden mustard, classic blacks and deep khakis. Each of these designs have such strong vintage touch. But aside from that each of her designs are aesthetically pleasing which is both functional and very flattering on the body.
