My 3rd training day of the week. I’ve got my fingers and toes crossed that I can still keep this training going once I start working again. I’ve always found it hard to balance my day job and my gym. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.

  1. We try running in our lunch break if we don’t have time to go to the gym, we also go to the gym before work so we don’t have to go after work when tired šŸ™‚ good luck!

    1. Thanks for sharing! Ive been trying to get up earlier for a little bit of training but it’s been pretty hard since I’m not a morning person at all. But I’m going to keep at it.
