Marley is an advertising executive and has always used her good humour as an armor of sorts to prevent things getting too serious. But after going to the doctor she learns that she’s got cancer and is in the late stages. The movie shows Marley’s process of accepting her diagnostics and works out what she wants to do.

I had high hopes with this but I felt that it could quite keep my attention for the full movie. I normally love Kate Hudson movies but this one it didn’t really hit the mark for me. It was emotional but I felt that there was something missing. There wasn’t much research done to research into cancer at all I felt. There wasn’t much comedy and the emotional parts didn’t really hit the spot. I didn’t really feel all that much chemistry between the main characters.
