Hotel Transylvania is back to go for another round! Dracula has begun opening his hotel to humans since after the last movie. But this time he’s going to meet Mavis’s human in-laws. In order for this meeting to go smoothly he enlists the help of all of his monster friends. But Dracula’s very old and grumpy father Vlad is coming to visit them and when he finds out that his only grandchild is seeing not a pure blood vampire and the hotel is now welcoming humans the situation becomes a little complicated.
I always find these types of movies the first one is fantastic and the second one never seems to match up. This was plenty funny and it had some really good points and it still had the characters that I loved and introduced some new ones to fall in love with. It was a good movie to relax to with a predictable storyline and some real comedy threaded through. I found that the characters were much more diverse than the first movie and you got to spend with them a bit longer. However, there were parts of the movie where I felt as a child they might not completely understand the meaning. But other than that it was a fun family movie!
