A mysterious killing spree grips the Seattle area and vampires are still after Bella fro revenge. Bella’s graduation is coming closer and she is forced to choose her love for Edward or her friendship with Jacob. Knowing that her decision could ignite the centuries old treaty between vampires and werewolves. This could be one of the most important decisions that she needs to make.
This was a huge film of its time, competing against films like Harry Potter that was coming out roughly around the same time. However, it didn’t have enough bite to it. The love triangle between Jacob, Bella and Edwards gets more confusing and complicated. But it was just so depressing with awkward encounters, kisses and all round frowning faces. I loved the werewolves once they changed that was some nice CGIs. But even the last fight scenes between the vampires and werewolves didn’t bring the film up. I felt that the film itself didn’t really have a good storyline and it dragged on way too long. It’s definitely not one of my top vampire films that I’ve seen.
