One of my new year resolutions is to get fit and lose a little bit of weight. And to help me achieve this I brought myself a Fitbit to track how many steps that I’ve done during the day. To be honest, I’ve gotten a lot more motivated since wearing this everyday and have walked a lot more during the day in the office than normal. This is linked to my app in my phone where it tells me how much calories I’ve burnt, steps I’ve done and can even track my sleeping patterns.

It’s just one more thing to help motivate myself to move.
