“ARC given for an honest review”
A continent on the verge of war.
A boy who is destined to become a legend.
A truth waiting to be uncovered.
A powerful coming-of-age tale of a young man destined to become one of the most powerful men Verold has ever known.
It’s a unique tale of adventure, adversity, and strength. Written with the hand of a poet and the heart of a warrior. The book’s action and depth will astound as the reader delves deeper into the masterful world painted in detailed strokes.
“A hero isn’t defined by his actions but by the deeds that others think he accomplished under the light of unscrupulous men.”
I enjoyed reading this book overall but I felt that it was a little too slow moving for me. And then it was a little too long as well. I felt that it should have ended long before it actually did. I liked the characters enough and it was a riveting story. Even though I felt that the ending wasn’t the best.
